 | Do I need a passport and visa? |
| | Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the countries you are going to visit. A valid passport is needed for all tours and we urge you to check with your travel agent regarding the possible visa requirements to enter the countries of the tour you have chosen. Local consulates and embassies will also be in a position to give advice. |
 | Why is it importand that I give my name as it appears on my passport when booking air? |
| | Due to increased travel security around the world, it is now more important than ever that you airline ticket match your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. Additionally, any changes to your air booking, which include spelling, could be subject to a change fee, penalties, or cancellation. |
 | When will I get my travel documents? |
| | Travel documents, including any paper tickets or e-ticket itineraries and other information, are sent approximately two to three weeks prior to departure from Australia, provided full payment has been received. |
 | When can I purchase optional excursions? |
| | Your tour director will go through the optional excursions available for purchase during the welcome meeting. You may choose and purchase any optional excursions for your tour then. |
 | How big can my suitcase be? |
| | Porterage for one suitcase on tour is included in the tour price. Due to limited coach capacity, we strongly recommend that this single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 76x53x28cm (30"x 21"x 11") and weight not exceeding 22 kg (50 lbs). |
 | What is the difference between a twin-bedded room and a double room? |
| | A double room is a room designed to accommodate two people, though not necessarily with two separate beds. A twin-bedded room has two separate beds of any size; this is what we usually reserve for our travelers. |
 | What size is a triple room? |
| | A triple room is the same size as a twin bedded room. It will have beds to accommodate three people; however, we cannot guarantee that there will be three separate beds. If there are only two beds, a rollaway bed may be requested but also cannot be guaranteed. |
