And when we book your flights, if there are any changes to your holiday schedule, we make the air changes for you. As a completely independent company, we have no ties to any one airline. We negotiate the lowest possible airfares with the world’s finest carriers on your behalf.
Low Air-Inclusive Prices
Regardless which air option you choose when you book your air-inclusive Globus family of brands holiday, transfers to and from the airport to your start and end hotel are available for purchase. Airport transfers for U.S., and Canada tours will not be included and are not available for purchase (on published departure and return dates).
Land-only holiday clients who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop flights (not chartered flights) into terminals may purchase our airport transfer service.
Airport transfers can be arranged when you purchase extra nights before or after your holiday (except in North America). Transfers cannot be provided when you join late or leave early. Flight information for air purchased separately from the Globus family of brands will be required at time of booking the extra night transfers.
You can e-mail the Globus family of brands your air itinerary with arrival and departure flights and dates with your invoice number. Flight details should be sent apart from other correspondence. Flight details and payment must be received no later than final payment. Time and terminal limitations are provided.
Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by the Globus family of brands. Look for confirmation of your transfer in the travel documents.
Air Options
In most cases, you’ll be offered a choice of carriers and flight schedules as well as price points to choose from when selecting your flights. Your schedule will be provided to you at the time of booking (schedules are subject to change by carriers). The Globus family of brands monitors airline schedule changes as received and processes in departure date order. Air-inclusive price quotes will include all government-imposed taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking and will be shown as a Total Amount. (Please see “Applicable Airfare Taxes & Fees” section that follows). We offer low airfares for all published Globus family of brands destinations from cities across Australia and New Zealand. Call your travel agent or Globus family of brands holiday planners for information. Air-inclusive reservations cannot be made later than 10 days prior to departure. Additional rules may apply.
Your eTicket receipt is published within your travel documents and will be sent two to three weeks prior to holiday departure. For late bookings, travel documents, including the eTicket receipt, are sent after final payment is received. Special service requests such as special meals may be done by your Travel Agent directly with the air carrier.
Please retain your ticket copy and boarding passes in the event you need them later for proof of your flights (to accumulate frequent flyer miles, for example). We are unable to supply ticket copies after your return. Some fare types may restrict or only allow partial mileage account accrual.
Upgrades
Business class and/or Premium Economy upgrades may be available for purchase. Please inquire with your Travel Agent at the time of booking for applicable price quotes. NOTE: Some flight sectors and intra-European flights typically do not have upgraded cabins available in conjunction with international upgraded service.
Booking your Holiday with Air
Air is only available to passengers travelling from Australia or New Zealand and only available when booked in conjunction with a land holiday. An additional non-refundable air deposit is required for Flex Air booked in conjunction with any land holiday (i.e. air-inclusive holiday). Air can only be booked by the Globus family of brands in conjunction with a holiday package. Airfares require payment in full at time of booking (i.e. air-inclusive holiday). Once booked, penalties may apply when making a change or in the event you need to cancel. In some cases, flights may be non-changeable, and non-refundable. Once your air schedule is confirmed and the Globus family of brands has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive holiday price is guaranteed.
The Globus family of brands reserves the right to ticket passengers upon receipt of full land and air deposits thus any subsequent changes and/or revisions to airline reservations (including name corrections) after receipt of full land and air deposit are subject to revision fees and/or airline-imposed change or cancellation fees. Any change or correction to your air reservation name could be subject to higher fares, new schedule, and/or cancellation.
Air-Inclusive Holidays—Applicable Taxes & Fees
Air-inclusive holidays include government-imposed taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking and will be shown as a Total Amount. Additional airline fees for baggage or seat selection may apply. For return travel from some countries, international travellers are required to pay entry and/or exit fees at the airport. These fees will be collected by the local government and are payable by the traveller at time of travel.

Passenger Contact Information
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires that air passengers provide their contact details (mobile number and/or email) to the airlines providing flight services. This information is used solely by the airline to help contact the passenger in the event of irregular flight operations and disruptions. Globus family of brands customers will be asked to provide these details at the time of booking but can also provide any time up to the day prior to departure. If a customer does not wish to provide this information it will be noted in the air reservation, however the passenger may not receive information from the airline relating to flight cancellation or schedule changes (including delay in departure).
